2 oz. London Dry Gin

1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime

1/2 oz. simple syrup

4 dashes Evergreen Bitters

Top with club soda

WILD CHERRY BITTERS

2 oz. Rye Whiskey

1/2 oz. Italian Vermouth

1 teaspoon Absinthe

4 dashes Wild Cherry Bitters

Garnish with lemon peel

1/2 oz. half & half (or non-dairy)

CINNAMON-HIBISCUS BITTERS

2 oz. Blanco Tequila

1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime

1/2 oz. simple syrup

1/2 oz. Triple sec or Cointreau

4 dashes Cinnamon-Hibiscus Bitters

Muddle 3 sprigs of fresh basil

2 oz. Vodka

1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon

TIKI SPICE BITTERS

Soak sugar cube in 4 dashes Tiki Bitters

Muddle together with fresh orange peel

Stir with 2 oz. Aged Rum

Top with small splash of club soda
